At Nurse Nyma Aesthetics, we believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and in control of her intimate wellness—without embarrassment or shame. It’s time to break the silence around these common issues and focus on real solutions that work for you.

There are many reasons why women experience issues "down there" and addressing the underlying concern while being treated with the O-Shot® is recommended. Nurse Nyma will work with your General Practitioner, Gynaecologist or Health Professional to ensure the holistic aspects to your experiences are being met. If you are not sure where to start, book in for a free consultation with Nurse Nyma and she will create a safe place to discuss your concerns and provide a customised referral card explaining the tests that you can request with your GP.

When addressing the intimate area it is important that we look at this holistically because while the O-Shot® is scientifically proven to help prevent symptoms like low libido, dryness, sex pain, lichen sclerosis and skin tears, sometimes the root cause needs a little more guidance from trained medical experts. You can trust that Nyma wants the best results for you!

What is the O-Shot®?

The O-Shot®, or Orgasm Shot, is an evidenced-based minimally invasive procedure designed to enhance sexual pleasure and restore confidence in intimate health. By harnessing the healing power of your own body, the O-Shot® uses PRP, which is derived from your blood, to stimulate tissue regeneration and improve overall vaginal wellness.

Relief from Menopause Symptoms

The O-Shot® can help combat the symptoms caused by hormonal fluctuations that accompany menopause like vaginal dryness, discomfort during intercourse and decreased libido.

Vaginal Rejuvenation

PRP injections can improve the elasticity and moisture of vaginal tissues, alleviating dryness and discomfort, skin tears and lichen sclerosis which are common concerns for many women.

Increased Libido

The procedure has been shown to enhance sexual arousal by improving sensitivity and overall sexual experience. Many women report a renewed desire and increased satisfaction after treatment.

Improved Urinary Incontinence

Some women report an improvement in urge and bladder leakage as a result of the O-Shot® procedure.

The Procedure

The O-Shot® procedure is straightforward and typically takes about 45 minutes with 20-30 minutes for the numbing cream. After a thorough consultation with our trusted medical doctors to discuss your specific needs and medical history, a small amount of blood is drawn from your arm. This blood is then processed in a state-of-the-art T-LAB centrifuge to separate the PRP, which is injected into the targeted areas of the vagina.

Most patients report minimal to zero discomfort using numbing cream, and there is usually little to no downtime afterward. One session is adequate for most people seeking general wellness, however, a series maybe recommended when experiencing moderate to advanced symptoms.

What to Expect

Following the procedure, many women experience immediate improvements, while optimal results may take a few weeks as the body continues to heal and regenerate tissue. The effects can last from three months to over a year, with the treatment generally peaking around three months.

The recommended maintenance duration for intimate wellness is one treatment yearly. For those experiencing moderate to advanced symptoms for conditions such as lichen sclerosis, vaginal tears, significant dryness and sex pain, a program maybe recommended.

Conditions such as lichen sclerosis will require clearance from your general practitioner.
