About Nurse Nyma
Meet Nyma, the founder of Nurse Nyma Aesthetics. Nyma is a Registered Nurse (NMW0002448630) with a deep commitment to quality care and individually tailored patient outcomes.
Her journey into aesthetics began over 15 years ago, starting as a freelance makeup artist (Napoleon Perdis, 2013), then diploma-qualified beauty therapist (AIAS, 2016) and cosmetic tattoo artist (2021).
In 2019, she was awarded a university scholarship for academic excellence and in 2020, graduated with distinction in a Bachelor of Nursing. Since then, Nyma has focused her clinical practice on regenerative medical aesthetics, with a particular interest in autologous (blood-based) therapies. She has completed extensive doctor-led training and holds internationally recognised certification and licensing to provide advanced aesthetic treatments. In 2025, Nyma partnered with BioMeDent as a Clinical Trainer and Key Opinion Leader in PRF aesthetics. In 2026, Nurse Nyma Aesthetics was named a finalist in the prestigious Aesthetic Business Masters Awards in the Medical Aesthetics Entrepreneur category. This recognition acknowledges Nyma Cassidy's innovation, leadership and contribution to advancing regenerative medical aesthetics in Australia.

In addition to her clinic work in Wellington Point, Nyma holds postgraduate qualifications in advanced dermoscopy and collaborates with national skin cancer screening providers. She delivers workplace skin cancer screening and educational programs for leading organisations across Australia's mining, resources, energy and corporate sectors and has also been invited to provide services for government organisations, politicians, elite sporting organisations, NFL teams and the Australian national football team, the Socceroos.
